John Cena to host Nickelodeon’s 2017 Kids’ Choice Awards
Nickelodeon 2017 Kids' Choice Awards will return to USC’s Galen Center, Los Angeles for their 30th edition.

Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards celebrates their 30th anniversary with their return on March 11, 2017. This marks John Cena’s first time as a host for the global show. However, he is no stranger to the Nickelodeon family. Other than being an aspiring actor and a television host, John Cena has hosted the Australia’s Kids’ Choice Awards in 2008 and was also slimed at the first ever UK Kids’ Choice Awards in 2007.
Since 1988, Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards leads as one of the biggest and established international shows for kids, as well as taking their votes into serious consideration. Every year, the show presents a star-studded line-up and an annual affair of sliming celebrities. It symbolises as an honour for the chosen ones and most of them fall victim to the green goo in the finale of the show.
Nickelodeon 2017 Kids’ Choice Awards will be available to viewers around the world in over 180 countries and territories, which is also set to air in Asia on Monday, 13 March at 10.30am (TH/WIB) and 11.30am (HK/MY/PH/SG). An encore of the spectacle will be aired on the same day at 4pm (TH/WIB) and 5pm (HK/MY/PH/SG).
